The Coordinator for Summer Conferences will work cooperatively with the HRC team to manage the housing function for UA summer camps and conferences.

Additional Department Summary:

The Coordinator for Summer Conferences and Access Management will work cooperatively with the HRC team to manage the housing function for UA summer camps and conferences and to manage the HRC key inventory, policy and processes. This position requires significant "extra hours" and will be on-call during summer. This position may require meetings and training sessions in the evening to accommodate various staff and campus partners.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience; or Master's degree or higher. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience, it must be detailed in the employment section on the application. Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Residence hall experience. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 31969.56 Midpoint - $ 46342.44
