Detailed Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing, public relations, event planning, fundraising, advertising and/or circulation responsibilities of a publication or program.

Additional Department Summary:

The Communications Coordinator leads development and implementation of the Student Health Center's and the Department of Health Promotion & Wellness' communications, including web development, marketing, and public relations.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field and a minimum of two years of related experience OR Master's degree in a related field.Demonstrated knowledge of graphic design and graphic design software such as Creative Cloud.

Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to work with others in a team environment, Excellent project management skills, Excellent ability to write for diverse audiences and communication channels, Demonstrates ability to develop proactive communication plans within deadline, Demonstrates initiative and creativity in promotional efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supervising and managing interns and student workers. Experience promoting clinical services, pharmaceutical services, and health programing in a college health setting. Experience in health communication campaigns. Experience in print and electronic media. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 31969.56 Midpoint - $ 46342.44
