Detailed Job Description
The HCAT Program Assistant is responsible for administrative and program support at the HCAT Institute.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one year administrative experience.
Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Basic level of proficiency with social media such as Facebook.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with students, faculty, administrators and the general public.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills and the ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
