Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Auxiliary Services Assistance Accounts Manager. In this position you will responsible for overseeing all administration and accounting aspects of Auxiliary Services as well as assist in the management of the University ID office.

-Work with third party vendors to assure account accuracy through reconciliations and approval.

-Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and making recommendation on account information and trends, to the budgetary office. (Calculating variances)

-Create requisitions to pay supplier invoices monthly.

-Issue invoices to third party affiliates leasing services from University assets.

-Conduct reconciliations of the Universities stored value accounts. (Q-cash, meal plans, etc.)

-Creating and maintenance of the ID card based policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

-Assisting the Manager of Card Services in troubleshooting issues in all campus offices as it relates to applications, equipment, and uses of ID card system.

-Collection of cash deposits to the card system and other associated systems on all campuses.

-Assists in the creation and issuance of ID Cards as well as managing the student employee staff that coordinates office.

-Provide customer service to the university community. (ie. Students, parents, faculty and staff)

Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is required.

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience required in area of expertise.

-Strong level of specialized knowledge to manage complex programs or projects.

-Knowledge of accounting principles, ability to develop standards and analysis of information,and reporting of data.    

-Knowledge of Word and Excel and Ellucian (Datatel) ERP.

-Attention to detail, upholding confidentiality,and strong interpersonal skills-customer service.
