Manage and coordinate administrative and office functions relative to student issues. Maintaining all necessary documentation associated with student issues. Other duties as assigned by Director.
Administrative and staff support experience. Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills. Ability to plan and organize work. Excellent customer service skills. Accomplished computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Publisher. Experience with the Datatel student records management system a plus.
Associates degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Administrative and staff support experience, preferably in a higher education environment with non-traditional students.
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
