Detailed Job Description

The Asst Dir Career Services will provide comprehensive legal career counseling and employment services to current students and alumni. The Asst Dir Career Services will also participate in educational programs for current students; assist in the administration of Career Services Offices On-Campus Interviewing, mock interviews, practice panels, and job search skills workshops. The Asst Dir Career Services will also assist in marketing efforts to target legal employers.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and at least two years of experience practicing law or in a significantly law related field. Admission in good standing to the bar of any state in the United States.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier. Skills and Knowledge:Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of web-based research, including Martindale-Hubbell, state bar directories, the NALP directory, and general internet searches. Prior knowledge of, or the ability to master the CSO's web-based career management system, Symplicity. 58 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 37065.60 Midpoint - $ 53747.16
