Detailed Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Graduation and Transfer Services (GTS), assists in the management of GTS department operations with specific emphasis graduation and technology projects for the enhancement of office and administrative functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field and three years experience related to the Summary of Duties or a combination of education and/or experience totaling seven years.

Knowledge

Knowledge of university content and curriculum, including a history of courses and offerings.
Knowledge of Graduation and Transfer Credit department requirements.
Knowledge of student advisement methods and retention techniques.

Skills

Skill in the use of technology such as Microsoft Office applications.

Abilities

Demonstrated supervisory techniques and ability.

Pay Range

$36,319 to $48,425 annually
