Detailed Job Description

Directs the daily operations of a specific area within Student Receivables.

Additional Department Summary:

This position represents Student Receivables to the University community and the general public, speaking in public forums and serving as one of the primary contact points for the provision of consumer information. The position is the department's primary liaison with the Academic community. The financial aspects of several processes are managed and supervised by this individual, among them graduate, sponsored and departmental grants and athletic scholarships. This position is relied upon to perform emergency and or irregular tasks and is a key staff member in addressing problematic or difficult customers in compromising situations.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five years experience in an accounting related field. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer experience in public speaking, receivables accounting, strong experience in customer service and experience in problem solving. 59 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 42993.60 Midpoint - $ 62337.60
