The Biology department at Wheaton College (IL) invites applications for the Ruth Kraft Strohschein Chair in Biology. The endowed chair was created for a distinguished teacher and scientist in molecular, genetic, or cellular biology who has experience in areas related to medical applications. The successful candidate should possess a record of effective teaching, grantsmanship, peer-reviewed publication in biology, a demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith and to the integration of science and faith in an academic setting. Appointment will be made at the level of associate professor or professor depending on qualifications.
