Tenure-Track, Assistant/Associate Professor

The position is a full-time, tenure track position with teaching during the fall and spring semesters, with the possibility of summer school teaching. Classes and other responsibilities are conducted primarily weekdays, but will include some evening classes and independent studies. Attendance will also be required at some evening and weekend events.
This individual will have primary teaching responsibilities in management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching responsibilities will include both face-to-face and online courses. Also expected development of significant scholarly endeavors, and development of innovative curriculum. Participation in university committees and community events, campus life, student advising and success programs, and university service is also expected.
LeTourneau University seeks a person with an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith who is committed to teaching at a small, dynamic Christian university where the integration of faith and academic excellence is paramount. Applicants should have a PhD in business with a particular emphasis in management and/or finance and must demonstrate excellent teaching skills as well as the potential to develop significant scholarly research. Strong candidates may be considered for leadership of the MBA program.
