Detailed Job Description
The Senior Program Assistant will support a dynamic and high-energy team of 7 professionals in our work to engage and build loyalty among the university's alumni, parents and friends.
Additional Description of Duties:
This position reports to the Sr. Assoc. Director, Alumni & Parent Programs and will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the office and will answer inquiries from constituents both in person and via web/phone.
Manage the center's calendar, email accounts, maintain office supplies, prepare correspondences and reports as needed and take minutes of meetings. Additionally, will manage the expenses associated with payroll and billing from vendors.
Support the staff on all related programs and events with logistics and processes.
Navigate the Sage Millennium database and iModules registration system daily to support events and programs sponsored by the Center.
Assist with some donor stewardship process and procedures, as well as program support for the university centennial celebration.
BA/BS Degree required with a minimum of two years of related experience. Experience in a non-profit administrative role, preferably in a university development office or fundraising environment is highly desirable.
Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented. Strong writing and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
License(s) Required for the Position
Must hold and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver's license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley's insurance carrier.
