The School of Business and Engineering (SoBE) at Quinnipiac University seeks an Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs that has a proven record of leadership and innovation, excellent communication skills and the vision to bring the graduate programs to the next level of performance and national recognition. The Associate Dean for Graduate Business Programs will develop a robust strategic plan and create a shared mission for the future as well as a process by which to gauge the programs’ success. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with on-line education particularly designing online curriculum and effectively teaching online, graduate-level courses. The Associate Dean will have an appreciation for the significant international diversity in the SoBE and in the graduate programs, and will leverage international resources and connections to expand the international visibility of the programs. The Associate Dean will engage the SoBE graduate community in maintaining AACSB accreditation to ensure program quality and will collaborate with corporate partners to create opportunities for expansion of the programs.
