The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the orderly and efficient delivery of support services to the Dean of Planning, Research, and Institutional Assessment and to ensure the efficient and orderly day-to-day operations of the Dean's office. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will manage calls and requests into the PRIA office, create letters, and other correspondence and organize federal and state reports. This position will provide support in preparation of presentations and reports. The Administrative Assistant also provides daily supervision for the student workers and temporary employees assigned to the Office, including assigning tasks, monitoring workloads and ensuring completion of tasks in a timely manner.
