Saint Leo University is creating a pool of potential Social Sciences adjunct instructors to teach Social Science courses including History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, and Archaeology at our University Campus , located in Saint Leo, Florida.
Instructors will be considered for teaching several available courses depending upon area of specialization within the social sciences.
Appointments are for immediate and upcoming terms.
Applications are accepted on a continuous basis and are processed as priority upon the receipt of all official transcripts.
Selected instructors will be responsible for teaching Social Sciences courses related to any of the following disciplines: Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Archaeology, History, or Political Science.
Adjunct’s assignments are on a term-to-term basis.
A Master’s degree and 18 graduate credit hours in Social Sciences is the minimum requirement for undergraduate programs. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.
A Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate credit hours in the Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology,Anthropology, Archaeology, History, or Political Science) interdisciplinary field is the minimum requirement for undergraduate programs. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.
A Doctorate degree in a Social Science field (Psychology,Sociology, Anthropology, Archaeology, History, or Political Science)is preferred.
