Quinnipiac University Online was established in 2001. An early adopter of online learning in traditional education, QU Online has a dynamic and growing team and we are looking to expand that team to support the next phase of our growth. We seek energetic, disciplined, and enthusiastic professionals to join our team.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Assistant Director of Marketing will be involved in all aspects of the department's marketing efforts including: the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing marketing projects, analytics & reporting and marketing technology tools.

Job Duties

Job Tasks (including but not limited to):

- Provide marketing and admissions analytics

- Support marketing technologies

- Create and execute events, communication plans

- Any other duties and tasks as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications

- Strong copy writing and editing skills

- Proven social media experience required

- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required

- Superior Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills required

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, analyze, optimize and manage all aspects of an ongoing marketing project

- Strong analytical skills

- The ability to gather relevant information systematically, considers a broad range of factors, relationships and accurately applies logic to analysis and conclusions

- The ability to use excel spreadsheets for complex data analysis, forecasting and modeling

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth through the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan

- 4 years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment

- Experience with marketing technology tools to support lead generation and servicing

- Ability to source, identify, and manage external marketing vendor relationships

- Bachelor's degree required

Desired Minimum Qualifications

- Software skills including: HTML and CSS skills desired

- Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC/Affiliate lead generation desirable
