The Management Department at Bentley University seeks applicants for a non-tenure track, full-time faculty position at the rank of Lecturer beginning Fall 2015. The contract is renewable yearly and carries a four-course teaching load in both the Fall and Spring semesters. While class size may vary, Management courses are capped at 36 students. The successful applicant must be an excellent teacher and must be able to teach introductory and upper-level courses in Operations, Supply Chain, and Service Management for both undergraduate and master's level students. Ability and ease in integrating service, operations and supply chain topics with other disciplines such as marketing and finance will be viewed very favorably. Ability and willingness to teach other management courses, such as organizational behavior and/or strategic management, will also be viewed as valuable by the department. Since the Management Department has developed an undergraduate concentration in supply chain and operations management, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in the development or revision of courses in this concentration and to help students as they seek internships and professional positions in these areas. Information about the Management Department is available at: http://www.bentley.edu/academics/departments/management.
