This is the inaugural faculty position for SPC’s new Biomedical Engineering Technology A.S. degree program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the courses within the program as well as continuing the development of professional relationships with area health care and medical device manufacturing companies.  The courses in the program have been developed as part of a Department of Labor grant and will begin to be implemented in the Fall semester, 2015.

Academic Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, or closely related subject area.  Candidates with Master’s degrees in computer science areas with work experience in the health care industry also are welcome to apply.
