The Admissions, Registration and Records Department at Mt. Hood Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Manager. This position Serves as the College's Chief FERPA Officer, guiding the interpretation, currency, updates, training on, and application of and compliance with FERPA. Under general direction, manages the College's admissions, registration, and records functions. Directs services including limited-entry and restricted-entry programs, international programs, co-admissions, grading, degree audit, enrollment verification, graduation and transcript evaluation, and commencement ceremonies. Administers comprehensive student progress, completion, and retention programs, including student probation, warning, suspension, and quarterly retention programs. Develops and manages department procedures, and ensures compliance with and makes recommendations for College policies and regulations as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Assists with and carries out strategic goals, enrollment analysis and projection, and provides regular reports related to enrollment. Collaborates with applicable College employees, students, and external liaisons. Serves as the College Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Officer. Serves on committees, councils, and task forces. Manages, develops, and presents department budget. Provides direct supervision of department employees. Works both independently and in a team environment to support the vision, mission, goals, and strategic plans of the College.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in a student services field, education, business or other related field
• Five years of experience performing duties similar to the essential duties of the position
• Two years of supervisory experience
