Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the Director of Graduation and Transfer Services, supports, maintains, monitors, and updates the degree audit system, Wolverine Track. Position requires knowledge of the Degree Works system and SCRIBE programming language, as well as a working knowledge of supervisory techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling six years.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling six years.

Knowledge

Knowledge of curriculum content and history of programs.
Knowledge of graduation requirements.
Knowledge of Banner and Degree Works degree audit system.
Knowledge of Wolverine Track and SCRIBE programming language and other tools related to Wolverine Track.

Skills

Skill in use of Degree Works SCRIBE programming language.
Skill in training procedures and processes with demonstrated supervisory skills.
Skill in word processing, spreadsheets and database software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Banner.
Skill in filing and records management.
Skill in report writing and interpretation of reports, including COGNOS, SRP and Crystal Reports.

Abilities

Ability to work independently on a multi-task level.
Ability to prioritize and follow through to completion.
Ability to deal with diversity of personalities.

Pay Range

$35,188 to $43,985 annually

-Adjunct faculty status for at least two full semesters immediately prior to the position’s opening date, OR

-Non-Student Part-time hourly employee hired through the official University screening process, or informal hiring process employed a minimum of 6 consecutive months, working at least an average of 20 hours per week, immediately prior to the position’s opening date, OR

-Salaried employee employed a minimum of 6 consecutive months, working at least an average of 40 hours per week, immediately prior to the position’s opening date.
