Instructor - Business (tenure track)
The Business and Info Systems Department at Mt. Hood Community College is accepting applications for a tenure track Instructor - Business. Instructor/coordinator for accounting will teach the Business courses including Principles of Accounting sequence, Computer Accounting Applications, Payroll Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Intermediate Accounting, Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management courses. The instructor will also coordinate the cooperative education programs, internship programs, student club and work with the advisory committee to develop new curriculum.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting OR master's degree with 24 graduate credit hours in Business Administration or Accounting
• Five years work experience in industry in a management, accounting and financial capacity
• Experience implementing and operating an internship program
