Faculty members are expected to serve on department and college committees, advise students, engage in professional development activities and participate in community and business partnerships, research and grants. They should be prepared to use technology and learning outcomes assessment to enhance classroom teaching and show commitment to innovation, teaching excellence, and a teaching/learning focus. College teaching experience is preferred. A willingness to teach at all AACC locations is required.
