Detailed Job Description

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily administration of one or more programs within the Center. This position serves as a liaison between the program and other departments or community.

Additional Department Summary:

The ACIIR Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in creating program content and the overall administration of the program. Assists with program implementation, management and delivery. Develops training content for program and potential program participants. Coordinates the program through contract professionals and faculty in the execution of program projects. Position will manage revenue producing activities and assist developing proposals for potential projects. The APC Program Coordinator has responsibility for tracking funded project execution, and outreach activities, and oversight of sponsored research projects. The Program Coordinator will develop training materials to meet sponsored program goals.

Required Minimum Qualifications

An associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

The ability to travel alone, sometimes overnight. Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Skills; working knowledge of financial components of the UA Banner System; budget management experience; experience coordinating contract professionals and supervising students. 56 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 28537.56 Midpoint - $ 39956.76
