Frostburg State University, Department of Computer Science and Information Technologies, seeks applications for an introductory level contractual full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Lecturer to begin Spring 2015.
Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate Information Technology courses. Four-course load per semester. The successful candidate must be committed to quality teaching, curriculum development, and research.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Must have experience teaching Visual Basic programming, web development, and human-computer interaction.
Preferred Qualifications: We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas: knowledge-based systems, electronic commerce, or project management. Preference given to candidates who intend to enroll in a doctoral level program in the future.
