Resumes and nominations are being accepted for a twelve month, tenure track position. Salary is commensurate with education, experience and qualifications. The position is available July, 2012.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in English or one of the Modern Languages taught in the department. Candidates must have a record of scholarship, successful teaching experience, and administrative experience in curriculum planning, program and faculty development, personnel supervision, budget management, and success in obtaining external grants. Candidate should have the ability to manage the details involved in running a department and a style of leadership that encourages collegiality and a positive working environment.
