Key Position Information:

The incumbent of this position will teach College of Education ESOL courses required for teacher licensure in the state of Florida. Incumbent will also teach other COE courses as needed. Recent PreK-12 teaching experience is required.

Online teaching experience and knowledge of technology is desired. Teaching face to face, blended, and online courses will be required. SPC has multiple campus sites and some travel among campus sites will be required.

Doctorate in Education preferred; masters considered.

Academic Requirements: Master's degree in ESOL

  • Maintains currency in teaching field(s) through professional development and scholarly activities.
  • Demonstrates a professional, cooperative and considerate attitude toward students, colleagues and staff.
  • Performs related duties as required.
