We are seeking applicants for a one year, non-tenure track, Athletic Training instructor position within our CAATE accredited ATEP. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching undergraduate didactic and clinical Athletic Training and related field classes; clinical education supervision; providing professional service to the college, community, and profession; engaging in scholarly activities; and other duties as assigned.
Required: Masters degree in Athletic Training or related field required, with progress toward a doctorate, ABD or PhD preferred; 2 years of teaching Athletic Training and/or related undergraduate courses, BOC certification, and collegiate Athletic Training clinical experiences.
Preferred: Familiarity and/or experience with CAATE accreditation, standards and guidelines; experience with technology in the teaching/learning process; supervisory and/or ACI experience; participation in professional activities and organizations; and multicultural experience and/or interest in multicultural issues.
The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of good standing with the BOC, NATA and eligibility for Indiana state licensure.
