Detailed Job Description

Responsible for assisting with the university-wide scheduling of courses (i.e., lectures, labs, recitations, etc.) and events (i.e., seminars, workshops, meetings, conferences, etc.) into appropriate space by evaluating availability of space and needs/requirements of the university community. Additional responsibilities include optimized academic room scheduling, event scheduling, resource management, curriculum development, optimized timetabling, and instructor assignment, demand analysis process, system report module, maintenance of the Courseleaf course inventory system and publication of the Undergraduate Catalog.

Required Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree and one year of experience. 56 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 28537.56 Midpoint - $ 39956.76
