Administration of all phases of Softball and team management
Administration of all phases of Softball and team management including adhering to all Quinnipiac, NEC, and NCAA rules and regulations, recruiting, scheduling, promotion, budget administration, assisting in the future development of Softball alumni and community relations
Required Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree desired. Preference will be given to candidates with previous successful Softball playing and/or experience (college level preferred). Experience in recruiting is preferred but not required, and experience with administration and coordination of a collegiate Softball program which focuses on the total development of the Softball student-athlete is preferred as well. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven aptitude for coaching as illustrated by a strong work ethic, organizational skills and the ability to interact professionally within the department, the campus and the national Softball community.

Quinnipiac is an NCAA Division I institution in the Northeast Conference and ECAC in hockey. Quinnipiac sponsors 21 NCAA Division I sports. Women's sports are: Acrobatics & Tumbling, Basketball, Cross-Country, Field Hockey, Golf, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Track (indoor/outdoor), and Volleyball. Men's Sports are: Baseball, Basketball, Cross-Country, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Tennis.
