Under direct supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Program Manager of the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system “Recruiter”, manages and maintains prospective student information ensuring consistency and integrity of data as well as provides assistance and training to system users. Coordinates with the admissions staff for communication to and correspondence with prospective students. Troubleshoots system errors and makes recommendations for fixes and streamlined interaction with prospective students. Prepares reports and provides feedback on user interaction.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling six years.
Experience managing a CRM. Ability to learn new systems and become an expert while making recommendations to enhance efficiency. Skills and ability to network effectively and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of BANNER Student.
Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in regards to FERPA and GRAMA regulations.
Knowledgeable and familiar with customer relationship management.
Knowledge of relationships between manual and automated processes; coordinates efforts across various campus entities, and manage system operations.
Skill in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, database, power point, internet tools, email systems and other general computer skills.
Ability to provide expert knowledge, advise, training and expertise to administration, faculty, staff and students.
Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks and meet project deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing with a variety of individuals and groups.
Ability and commitment to provide excellent customer service; be willing to be a team player, as well as be able to work with minimal supervision.
