The Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in Comparative Politics beginning August 16, 2015. The successful candidate should have a strong research agenda that applies rigorous methods to important theoretical questions. Candidates with regional or country expertise in areas other than advanced industrialized democracies and sub-Saharan Africa are particularly encouraged to apply. In addition to their specific substantive concerns, we are also particularly interested in candidates who are prepared to teach graduate courses in quantitative research methods.
