Associates degree and holds current certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Computed Tomography (CT) and/or Radiography or a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a Radiography or Computed Tomography Program. Demonstrates current competency in professional discipline through continuing education, professional development, or scholarly activities. Current ARRT certification validates that the applicant is in compliance with the ARRT’s continuing education requirements.
The ability to teach within and contribute positively to a diverse, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural student population with varying degrees of experience and knowledge in the Radiologic Sciences including Computed Tomography. Demonstrates the ability to work collegially as a leader and as a team member.
Preferred qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree or documentation of significant progress towards completion of a bachelor’s degree; previous teaching experience in a college, university or community college setting.
Salary: Lecture: $952.00 per credit ($63.47/contact hour)
