In compliance with FERPA guidelines, assists PDC student populations in all aspects of transcripts and registration: transcript requests, entry and audit of grades, enrollment verifications; this position is the primary staff member responsible for all elements of Registrar services provided to the PDC programs. Also provides support for general student assistance and other projects as assigned by the Registrar. This is a half-time position.
This positions primary duty is to ensure PDC registration, grades, and transcript request are processed on a daily basis. This position also has responsibilty to respond to student inquires and problem solve any grading or transcript issues. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with students and other staff members across campus.
Aa degree is required along with having experience with working with the public. Good Communication skills and proficient computer skills
Prior experience working in higher educaiton is desireable but not required. Experince working with a centralized data base system.
The hiring range for this position is dependent upon qualifications and departmental equity. Benefits of employment include a generous 10% contribution to the University’s 403B retirement plan.
