Coordinates various university and business organizations to design and promote innovative camp experiences in entrepreneurship and business ownership for students in secondary education.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a associate’s degree with two years of experience in youth programs or event management or a combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling four years.
Experience in supervising youth leadership programs and managing events.
Knowledge of experiential-based education programs.
Knowledge of entrepreneurship and small business operations.
Knowledge and understanding of concurrent enrollment.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office software applications such as OUTLOOK, Word, Excel, etc. and familiarity with the use of various social mediums.
Skill in overseeing the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
Skill in guiding program public relations.
Skill in event planning and execution.
Skill in effectively communicating with differing constituencies.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to effectively interact with various public groups while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to connect with secondary education students, faculty, and counselors to refine and promote the program.
