Job Description Summary:

Serves to coordinate and administer graduate, credential, and doctoral student academic records and processes in the Graduate Academic Services Office

Specific Duties:

Manage and research all appeals for main campus credential, doctoral and masters students; finalize all appeals for ROC students; analyze and process grade changes for main campus as well as ROC students; analyze and create degree completion records for main campus and ROC students; maintain the GAS website; generate reports using Access and develop and implement EdD registration schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Management, Ed Mgmt, Business Ad in or MS Counseling-Student Services in Higher Ed; working knowledge of Banner, Access and Microsoft Office; 2 years experience in an educational institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer Services experience


Full Time Equivalency

Location: La Verne Central Campus

Work Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm.  Occasional weekend work for commencement and graduate orientation
