FULL-TIME STAFF ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE/CFO: Haverhill Campus. 37.5 hours per week (Non-unit Professional Position). Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Managing the calendar for the vice president of administration and finance/cfo is a crucial charge for this position. Provide administrative support while performing a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations in the vice president’s office. Prepares Board of Trustee Audit & Finance Committee materials and takes clear and concise minutes of each meeting. Prepare materials for meetings and conferences, including maintaining relevant documentation and other material. Provide follow-up information on a variety of subjects. Acts as a liaison to staff, faculty, students, deans, and other constituents, both internal and external. Support the President’s Office when needed. Performs other duties as required to ensure the seamless operation and responsiveness of the Office of the Vice President of Administration & Finance/CFO.
SALARY: $40,000.00 - $50,000 with complete fringe benefit package; Actual salary will commensurate with academic background and experience.
