The Business Services Consultant provides advising services of research, counseling, and training to external business clients.

Additional Department Summary:

Responsible for development and delivery of human resource related projects for clients. Individual will coordinate all related project work and manage related outreach initiatives, which may include awards programs, and other constituent management strategies. Position is funded on an annual basis.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or management science, communications, or related field and 5 years of experiences; or a master's degree in human resources, business management or management science, communications, or related field and 3 years of experiences. Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred. Ability to develop, implement, and manage complex projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and client personnel across both internal to UA and external stakeholders. Working knowledge of software notably word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications and reasonable level of computer skills beyond these software applications. 60 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 49878.36 Midpoint - $ 72321.60
