Carry out research and teaching in the Department of Criminal Justice and assist the Department to meet its service obligations to the University.
The Department of Criminal Justice at The University of Alabama invites applications for a tenured Associate Professor with expertise in cyber criminology or a research agenda directly applicable to cyber criminology. Ph.D. is required. Candidates should have a strong record that includes seeking and/or securing external funding, as well as a commitment to teaching and mentoring students. We are particularly interested in scholars with a background in interdisciplinary work who will contribute to our growing cyber criminology concentration within the Department of Criminal Justice and work collaboratively with The University of Alabama’s Cyber Institute.
