The Department of Communicative Disorders at The University of Alabama is searching for a Full-Time Temporary Instructor effective January 2015. This is a 1-year renewable position based on availability, funding, and departmental performance. Preference will be given to individuals with specialization in speech-language development and disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology in addition to an ABESPA license and the certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP). The Department of Communicative Disorders’ SLP program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation through ASHA. Hiring for this position is contingent upon funding from the Dean’s office.
