1. Bachelor’s degree* with a major in Nursing, Nursing Education, Public Health Nursing, or Nursing Administration. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Two years of full-time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing nurse within the past five years 3. Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Wisconsin; if the instructor will supervise a clinical course at a Minnesota clinical site, will also hold a current Minnesota license to practice as a registered nurse. 4. Have an appropriate National Background Check completed upon employment, Wisconsin caregiver background check, updated every four years. If the instructor also holds clinical courses in Minnesota, have an appropriate Minnesota caregiver background check updated every year.

*Monitors condition and safety of classrooms and labs and reports needed maintenance and repairs
*Solicits quotations and bids and procures supplies and equipment
*Assists in student recruitment and job placement activities

*Announces and/or posts job openings provided by area employers
*Works with appropriate staff to facilitate job placement
*Collaborates in the scheduling of classes
