Detailed Job Description

Provides strategic leadership and direction to the Director of Concurrent Enrollment in all facets of the institutional initiatives related to Concurrent Enrollment. Assists in directing the various component activities of the Concurrent Enrollment function, ensuring that all programs and initiatives are integrated and effective in supporting the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the institution.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years of directly related experience OR any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling six years.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred) plus five years experience in an educational unit or closely related environment.


Knowledge of and experience in Concurrent Enrollment.
Knowledge of student recruitment, admissions, and retention policies, and hiring procedures.
Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.
Knowledge and ability to lead organizational structure, workflow and operating protocols.


Skill in Web design and management, word processing, spread sheets, and use of presentation software.
Skill in program planning, examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Skill in interpersonal communication and relationship building.
Skill in employee development and performance management skills.


Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of organizations.
Ability to monitor program/project budgets and end-of-year projections.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of organizations.

Pay Range

$39,062 to $50,750
