Detailed Job Description

Coordinates the outreach components of the Noorda Center programming including school matinees, touring performances, in-school workshops, UVU student teaching assistants in the Noorda Theatre Summer Camp, and community collaborations. Also manages the daily finances, resources, and logistics of the Noorda Center.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two year experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and experience totaling six years.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field.
Theatre, arts management, and/or K-12 education experience highly desirable.


Knowledge of theatre and the performing arts, particularly with children and youth.
Knowledge of the needs of children and youth.


Skill in maintaining financial records and handling daily financial operations, including purchasing, and payroll.
Skill in word-processing and spreadsheets.
Skill in First Aid and CPR training.


Ability to learn and utilize campus and online systems such as Banner, TIMS, 25Live, Constant Contact, and Basecamp.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, youth, and children including email, voicemail, and telephone.

Pay Range

$25,665 to $32,082 annually
