The Huether School of Business at the College of Saint Rose seeks a Full-time Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor of Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship beginning in the Fall 2015 semester.
The primary responsibility is to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including, but not limited to courses in entrepreneurship, small business management and related areas. Interest in one or more of the following areas would be particularly valued: International Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, Internet and Social Media. In addition, the successful applicant is expected to take an active role in coordinating and leading the Small Business/Entrepreneurship Concentration and provide evidence of an active research agenda.
As a member of The College of Saint Rose faculty, the applicant is expected to teach assigned courses in accordance with relevant academic policies; participate in academic advising and program assessment; engage in scholarship; and, serve the College’s communities through participation in Department, School and College-wide committees and internal and external events.Requirements:
The successful candidate will have an earned Ph.D. or DBA in Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field, by time of hire. Applications will include information on the applicant’s abilities/record regarding teaching, scholarship and service for consideration at Associate level. Excellent teaching record is required for consideration at the Associate level.
