Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the Lead, processes ticket sales for university events, answers questions concerning fees, balances all sales transactions, reconciles money received.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications


Knowledge of American currency.


Skill in basic math.
Skill in customer service.


Ability to work well with others.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range

$9.00 to $11.25 per hour
