The Psychology Department at Idaho State University invites applications for an open rank tenure-track faculty and Clinical Training Director position beginning August 2015.
The position requires a Ph.D. from an APA accredited clinical psychology program, previous teaching and clinical supervision experience, and clinical and research expertise in areas complementary to existing faculty.
The successful candidate will direct the clinical Ph.D. program, establish a research program, mentor graduate student research and clinical training, instruct courses (reduced load), and attain Idaho licensure.
Idaho State University offers a BS in psychology, a Ph.D. in general experimental psychology, and an APA accredited Ph.D. in clinical psychology (scientist-practitioner model). Pocatello is located in southeast Idaho and boasts many world-class recreational opportunities.
