Detailed Job Description
Clinical Faculty position (non-tenurable) to begin August 2014.
Teach graduate courses in educational leadership, primarily in the School Leadership Master's program and principal licensure courses taught at multiple sites around southwest and central Ohio; advise students; assist with the administration, development, and promotion of the School Leadership Master's program.
Ed.D. or Ph.D in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related content area from an accredited institution of higher education; significant experience as a school leader working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, students, and community agencies or partners; evidence of commitment to high quality, innovative teaching; knowledge of multicultural education or background in working with diverse student populations and/or families in K-12 environments.
K-12 school-based experience in practice, research, or partnerships linking schools and communities in educational reform projects; experience in higher education program development; familiarity with K-12 state licensure; interest in and experience with developing effective on-line hybrid teaching formats; experience in upper-level educational leadership positions in K-16 settings; international experience/focus.
