The Department of Management in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position at the rank of assistant or associate professor, depending on qualifications, to start August 2012.
 

Job Duties

Teaching responsibilities will primarily include online graduate courses in our Masters of Organizational Leadership program, but may also include undergraduate and on campus courses in management. Courses may include organizational leadership, change management, ethics, human resource management, and strategy as well as supervising students in a consulting capstone experience.
 

Required Minimum Qualifications

A Ph.D. or DBA in Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field is required. The position requires demonstrated excellence of teaching effectiveness, preferably in an online environment, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. The position requires the ability to maintain a high level of scholarship (applicants for the rank of Associate Professor must have a proven research record), advising and mentoring students, and participating in departmental and university committees.
