Detailed Job Description
Assistant Professor of Management (two positions) to contribute to the central elements of the departmental and divisional mission by combining outstanding instruction with excellent research and service.
Teaching introductory Management and Leadership along with other undergraduate courses in the Management and Leadership major consistent with candidate expertise and interests; maintain active research program; provide service ot the University.
Doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or closely related field (completed by December 31, 2015 for appointment to a second year); demonstrated excellence in teaching and research. A candidate should show excellence in teaching and demonstrate a strong research record/potential through publications and/or pipeline.
Completed PhD; excellent teaching evaluations in organizational behavior and/or human resource management preferred as well as accepted/published research in highly regarded journals or strong pipeline.
