Detailed Job Description

The primary role of this position is to provide comprehensive customer service while reducing delinquencies for a specified segment of accounts. The position will also assist in other job duties of the Cash Operations area as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from a standard high school and any combination of post high school education and experience related to the summary of duties totaling two years.


Knowledge of basic accounting, monies control, and security.
Knowledge of laws regarding confidentiality and right to privacy issues.


Skill in the use of computers and computer applications including spreadsheet, database, and word processing, etc.
Skill in verbal and written communications.
Skill in organization, planning, decision-making, time management, and listening.


Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude when addressing students and their accounts.
Requires a commitment to excellent customer service.

Pay Range

$10.54 to $13.17 per hour
