Assists the testing management team with the development of charts, graphs, reports, and “how-to” guides for a variety of specialty exams given in the center. Develops step by step procedures and trains other staff on various exams.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in related major or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling four years is required.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications used in a testing environment.
Knowledge of testing procedures, protocols, and security measures before, during, and after an exam.
Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
Skill in interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Skill in office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
Skill in communicating verbally and in writing.
Skill in escalating/delegating critical issues.
Skill in conflict resolution
Ability to perform a variety of office duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet and work with the public/clients effectively.
Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
Ability to collaboratively work as a team member to reach common goals.
