The Stonehill College Education Department seeks candidates for a tenure track position to begin Fall 2015. The successful applicant would join a department of 5 other full time faculty with a range of expertise, experience and research.
The position involves teaching, academic advising and mentoring.
Interested candidates must have Doctorate ‘in hand’ by Fall 2015.
We seek applicants with a strong background in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis on the STEM areas, evidence of ongoing research and scholarly productivity, and teaching experience in varied PK/12 settings.
Special attention will be given applicants with experience in diverse settings (specifically, Special Education, English Language Learners, Urban Education). Experience at the secondary level would be of particular interest. Experience should be in the form of degrees, coursework, scholarship, or classroom practice.
